MOF Customs Warehouse Receives Official Authorization

MOF, a 3PL operator, has received authorization to operate a customs warehouse – an official permit confirming that the facility meets all requirements of Ukrainian customs legislation.
What is customs warehouse authorization?
Since
2025, all companies operating customs warehouses are required to obtain
authorization in accordance with the Customs Code of Ukraine. The customs
authority verifies whether a warehouse meets established criteria – from infrastructure and inventory management systems
to control procedures and security standards. Authorization is granted only to
those who genuinely meet the requirements.
MOF
is one of the operators that successfully passed this assessment and received
authorization.
Why this matters for your cargo
An
authorized customs warehouse guarantees that goods are stored under conditions
that comply with state requirements. For clients and partners, this means
predictability, legal clarity of operations, and reduced risk during customs
clearance.
"Authorization of our customs warehouse confirms
that our facility and processes meet the standards expected by both our clients
and the state. For our partners, it means confidence: their cargo is in the
hands of an operator trusted by customs authorities," – Anna Tyshchenko, Director of MOF.
